American-Style Curriculum

TAU follows the U.S. credit-based system (120–130 credits for undergraduate degrees) allowing flexible majors and minors. The curriculum is built on three key components:

  • Core Curriculum:Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, History, Writing, and Ethics — ensuring a solid intellectual foundation.
  • Specialization:Advanced courses and laboratory work in the chosen school or discipline.
  • Capstone Project:A final-year innovation challenge where students solve local or global issues through research and design.
  • Internships:Structured professional experiences through partnerships with industries, hospitals, NGOs, and research institutions.
